Please note that these terms and conditions apply only to the products manufactured and sold by Eight Red Apples and services directly offered by Eight Red Apples. Purchases made or services received from our advertisers are based on the advertisers' refund and returns policy. Though we take care to bring you tried and tested advertisers, we advise you to check this with the advertisers.

Note, too, that this policy only applies to products and services. Donations are not refundable. That includes donations to Eight Red Apples, street traders, small businesses, learners in need, or any other form of donations or giving advertised on our platforms. Having said this, rest assured that we will pass on your donations to the persons or causes you donate to.

Back to services and products.

 

Services: All services will be rendered based on the agreed Service Level Agreements. Should you be unhappy with the service, we provide corrective action as per the Service Level Agreements. There can be no refunds on services provided.

Products: If you are not happy with the product you purchased, you can send it back to us within 14 calendar days, and we'll either replace it or give you a credit on your Eight Red Apples account, as long as you follow the rules below. Please remember that we do not give money back on any purchases.

1. If the item is broken or faulty, Eight Red Apples will arrange for a courier to pick it up. You can return products by courier. Please call us to arrange.

​

2. Products will not be exchanged or returned for colour or a new better product.

​

3.  There will be no refunds for products bought on sale or through another deal.

3rd Party Products

Apart from its own labeled products, Eight Red Apples is not involved in producing the products sold. We are purely distribution. 

Quality Assurance
We trust the good intentions of all businesses and individuals who advertise and sell on our site. However, should you run into trouble, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will handle the inquiry on your behalf. 

Returns and Refunds 
Products are not eligible for returns and refunds unless there's serious damage to the product caused by ourselves or the producer.
